Meet Rachel Robbins, Founder & Principal Advisor

Rachel understands how businesses actually work, not just in theory, but from the ground up.

She has spent 15 years in complex environments, and her career began in agriculture manufacturing in plants and live operations, learning

• Operations Management Methodologies and Process Improvement Frameworks Lean, Six Sigma, Just in Time, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Theory of Constraints

• How to think about entire systems, not only parts

• Complex orchestration of live operations, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, finance and accounting, purchasing, and inventory management

She then moved into enterprise software, where she became deeply technical:

• Writing and managing integrations, automations, and reports across first, 3rd, and marketplace data systems

• Creating new and improving legacy reporting systems and scaling processes across complexes, companies, and countries

• Leading global implementations and becoming a deep subjectmatter and domain expert of Financial, Operational, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Inventory Management software for AgTech and Manufacturing Companies

• Serving on several steering committees to innovate, advise, and improve the future and ROI of agtech operations in software

• Learning what it takes to transform how organizations operate in both IC roles and organizational improvement positions

• Learning and practicing PDCA/PDSA, Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Business Process Reengineering

Over the past 4 years, Rachel worked in a SaaS startup:

• Driving executive-level platform transformations

• Building PMOs from scratch and continuing to practice various methodologies and frameworks where best applicable for teams and organizations

• Leading strategy and tactical execution in launching enterprise-grade SaaS and/or AI-native, compliant, and secure by design products

• Managing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure

• Working across deeply complex and technical compliance and governance requirements with Security and Legal teams on ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, and SOC2 Type II audits

• Acting as Head of Information Security Privacy working groups and serving on Information Security Privacy Councils to ensure platform-level management of organization and team processes, architecture, design, and implementation meets and exceeds standards.

Rachel has worked across all of it from her first job as an Ops Coordinator to her current role as Senior Vice President; manufacturing, AgTech, SaaS platforms, security and compliance, AI governance, Digital Transformation, and Process Optimization, so she knows how to adapt approaches to fit your reality, not force frameworks that sound good on paper but fail in practice.

She's obsessed with systems thinking and first principles, not as buzzwords, but as tools to cut through complexity and build solutions that actually stick. She believes in meeting teams where they are, mapping realistic paths forward, and focusing on iterative progress that organizations can sustain.
